Plant Electrician Ready Mix Concrete

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Electrician to join our team. The Plant Electrician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment and systems in our ready mix concrete plant. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical equipment and systems in the ready mix concrete plant.
2. Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
3. Install and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
4. Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions and equipment failures.
5. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
6. Work closely with other team members to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
8. Communicate effectively with management and other team members to report any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Electrician or in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.
4. Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical malfunctions.
5. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
6. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to electrical work.
7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
9. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
