Technical Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely candidate information.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Assist candidate onboarding processes by working closely with HRBP and Admin teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Self-driven and proactive with proven experience in talent acquisition and/or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in both Mandarin and English languages.
- Open to work with teams across different time zones.
