Campaign Management: Strategize, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Ensure all campaigns are data-driven and tailored to the relevant market needs.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches, ensuring successful customer adoption and strong brand positioning in the market.
Data & Reporting: Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROAS). Use insights to adjust strategies and maximize performance across marketing channels.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, creative, and data teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and optimize the user journey from acquisition to retention.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct regular market research and gather customer insights to refine positioning, identify opportunities, and inform product development and marketing strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing

What We Look For In You
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in fintech or crypto.
- Proven success in scaling acquisition campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, DSPS).
- Strong data analysis skills with tools like Amplitude, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, SQL, optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (paid social, SEO, programmatic, mobile app acquisition).
- Ability to drive strategy, execute GTM campaigns, and optimize for performance.
- Proficient in A/B and multivariate testing for landing page and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with MENA market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities.
