To provide a comprehensive administrative support function to the department.

To provide patient transport services as well as general running functions to ensure delivery of equipment, documents, and supplies where needed.

Provide relevant patient support services, including inspection of facilities before, during, and after patient stay to ensure safety and other related standards are adhered to.

Perform general reception services for the ward to ensure patients and visitors are well received.
