Security Manager Vacancy in Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have knowledge and experience in security management and be able to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and plans. As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, evaluating risks, investigating breaches, and training staff in safety protocols. You will also be expected to maintain a safe environment for employees while ensuring compliance with local laws.

Requirements for the Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or related field
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience
3. Knowledge of physical security systems
4. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Flexibility to work long shifts or alternate hours
8. Ability to stay calm under pressure
