Al Ebdaa Engineering Consulting Office, located in Ajman, is a leading architectural and engineering consultancy known for delivering innovative and sustainable design solutions across mixed-use, residential, and commercial projects. We are seeking an experienced Lead Design Engineer with a strong background in architectural engineering to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are urgently looking to hire a talented Lead Design Engineer with at least 8 years of architectural design experience, including expertise in high-rise projects of Ground + 10 floors or more. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design and execution of complex projects, ensuring high standards in quality, functionality, and aesthetics, and aligning with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Design Leadership: Oversee the architectural design process for high-rise projects (Ground + 10 floors), ensuring innovative and practical solutions that meet client expectations.
2. Detailed Design Development: Lead the development of detailed construction designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and local regulations.
3. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to foster a creative and productive work environment.
4. Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
5. Client Communication: Act as the primary liaison with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering design solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong background in high-rise projects (Ground + 10 floors or more).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
3. Proficiency in architectural software and design tools.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to lead and inspire a design team, meet deadlines, and solve design challenges creatively.
