Contact Center Agent - Room Reservation with Software Experience
This position is for our Direct Client: only candidates with Hospitality or hotel industry room reservations experience will be considered. Please do not apply if you do not have relevant experience.
Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Experience in handling emails and chats in a professional and timely manner.
Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding offered services.
