Position Overview: Lifenity Genomic Laboratory is seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Care Manager with upsell capability. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our mission to deliver outstanding laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the customer care team in providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
