About the Role: As the Head Waiter at Carbone, you will provide hands-on support to colleagues to deliver exceptional fine dining service and courtesy to our guests. You will greet all guests professionally and build a positive rapport for a great first impression.

Your Responsibilities: Include being familiar with the food and beverage menu, providing expert advice on menu items, and monitoring consistency in service quality to escalate any major issues to management.

About You: The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, 2+ years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and confidence in dealing with diverse clientele.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter in a high-end restaurant
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks

What We Offer: An estimated salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
