Job description

The successful applicant will be an expert in providing a professional level of support across the group of companies. You will need a high level of knowledge of the local labor laws of the UAE along with payroll (Oracle) and the ability to develop, implement, and manage a competitive compensation and benefits plan.

It is essential that you have excellent attention to detail and be a confident and self-motivated person. Professionally, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in a C&B role, and overall at least 7 years within an HR environment with management or supervisory experience.

Technically you must be an expert user of Oracle payroll systems along with advanced Excel, and it is important that you are educated to degree level or above.
