Job description
- Handles administrative works of the project.
- Maintains logs and folders of all project related documents.
- Manage Daily reports
- Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for the projects.
- TimeSheet preparations.
- Manage project vehicles (Recording vehicle documents, Fine details and GRN)
- Arrangement of Materials and Equipment
- Xpedeon Works (Project LPO)
- Handling Petty cash
- Inventories management (Maintenance project asset list, Issue note & acceptance note)
- Handles the outgoing and incoming letters from or to the client and Subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)
- 0-2 years of experience
