Job Description

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Take customers' orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using a cash register or POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with food preparation and plating when necessary.
• Collaborate with other waitstaff to provide seamless service to customers.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
