The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets, enhance client relationships, and ensure operational excellence. This role will support the VP - Sales in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and team development.
Responsibilities
Manage and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition.
Identify new market opportunities, analyze industry trends, and implement company strategies to penetrate new markets or regions.
Identify all buyers and their level of influence, assess each buyer's sense of urgency and readiness, seek to understand each buyer's desired business results and concerns, and assess buyer feelings about the proposed solution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiate and close high-value deals to maximize profitability. Create a framework to identify and associate with property agents in an objective and profitable manner.
Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate reports to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging and effective lead generation.
Support the VP - Sales in developing sales budgets, forecasts, and plans, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals.
Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Streamline sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Any Post-Graduate Certificate in Real Estate, Business or Finance
