Technical Support Specialist
Job Objective
Provide technical support to all IT related end user software and hardware within Supreme Audit Institution (SAI) including but not limited to the help desk and system configuration, process alignment and implementation and practices to sustain system availability, efficiency, and performance of information systems.

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Professional Certifications:
Professional Experience:
4-6 Years of relevant experience in Technical Support or equivalent work experience
Language Proficiency: in Arabic and English.
