Job Description

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the firm’s strategic goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.
2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of auditing services.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of auditors and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and ethical conduct.
6. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth through effective marketing and networking strategies.
7. Financial Oversight: Manage the firm’s budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and sustainability.
8. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the firm and its clients, implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in an audit firm, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2. Proven track record of success in a Big 4 or top 10 auditing firm.
3. Strong understanding of auditing and taxation standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Educational Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
3. Professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), or equivalent are required.
