Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee inventory management, staff supervision, and ensure efficient workflows. This role is crucial to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff including training and scheduling.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control through regular audits.
  
• Implement and enforce safety and security policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  
• Optimize storage space and warehouse layout for efficiency.
  
• Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  
• Prepare and review operational reports such as inventory status, shipment details, and performance metrics.
  
• Handle and resolve any discrepancies related to shipments or inventory.
  
• Maintain warehouse equipment and arrange for regular maintenance or repairs.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies regarding storage and transportation.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Manager, or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office Suite.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements in the UAE.
