Chief Financial Officer

MIRA-Search is on the lookout for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. As a crucial member of the executive team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. This role requires a deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's goals
2. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
4. Manage cash flow, investments, and financial assets
5. Provide leadership on financial planning, analysis, and investment decisions
6. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
7. Lead the finance team to improve efficiency and effectiveness
8. Advise on long-term business and financial planning
9. Identify and manage financial risks to safeguard the company's assets

1. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA is preferred
2. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial managerial position within the Dubai market or MENA region experience
3. Strong knowledge of corporate finance and performance management
4. Excellent leadership and management skills
5. Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities
6. Familiarity with financial regulations and standards
7. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
