Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist - Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with experience in Dubai's real estate sector to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing our social media platforms, designing marketing materials, and running paid advertising campaigns. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented individual who can effectively promote our brand and properties to our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development

• Lead and manage the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Educate and inspire agents to align with our branding and ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives.

Lead Generation

• Drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns across digital channels such as social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Optimize conversion funnels and analyze campaign effectiveness to maximize lead quality and quantity.
• Lead agent recruitment campaigns, highlighting the benefits of joining Casa Estrella Real Estate.
• Create visually engaging content showcasing daily activities and events.

Social Media Management

• Grow high-quality followers and build engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and LinkedIn.
• Create and implement impactful social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement with Realtors, Buyers, and Sellers.
• Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with our branding.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum two (2) years of experience in real estate marketing is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
