Junior Level

Prior Experience in SaaS/Software Industry is preferred

Role

We are looking for an ambitious Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a SDR, you will build and manage prospect relationships to drive revenue for SleekFlow in the emerging markets. A vital part of this opportunity is partnering with the Customer Success and Product team to ensure the quality and quantity of sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

1. Handle our sales conversion process for emerging markets
2. Develop and manage relationships within our Commercial segment with customers in emerging markets
3. Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied and reference-able customers
4. Research and build >40 cold accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling) every day
5. Support our inbound and outbound sales teams in closing enterprise clients
6. Involve in our International Market Expansion
7. Work with our sales teams, customer support, partnership and training team in Hong Kong, Singapore, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia and oversee the market launch project
8. Ability to stay up to date in the SaaS landscape and demonstrate our platform value

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of outbound sales or sales development experience (selling over the phone, cold calling), preferably B2B at a software company
2. Extensive experience selling to customers in the Middle East market
3. Consistently over-achieved quota (top 5-10% of the company) in past positions.
4. Fluent in English & Arabic
5. Previous Experience in a startup is preferred

Desired Skills

1. Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
2. Previous Sales Methodology training preferred.
3. CRM (e.g. Hubspot) & marketing experience preferred
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
5. Strong customer references
6. Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
