Coordinate and schedule interviews, efficiently managing candidate pipelines for current and future positions through proactively cultivating talent and building industry market maps.
Provide regular status updates to recruiting team stakeholders and ensure effective pipeline management to move candidates swiftly through the recruitment process.
Regularly meet high-caliber candidates to enhance your market knowledge and credibility.
Drive your personal brand by capturing photos in the market or relevant industry news articles and sharing them on LinkedIn with engaging posts aligned with brand guidelines.
Lead by example in terms of billing, JobAdder compliance, and IMPACT values, identifying new business opportunities across the MENA region.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.

Proactively network with industry leaders and stay abreast of developments in the regional/global food and beverage industry.
Source both active and passive candidates for highly specialised roles.
Capture relevant information from professionals to be consultative and showcase their potential value to a business.

Accurately track financials and adhere to business standards and processes.
