Job Description:

Experienced with Accella Technologies and Building Permits system.

1. Accountable for all deliverables during the Discovery phase, verifies research and interview materials gathered by BA practitioners, and oversees the creation of content for the current state journey map.
2. Defines the scope of work and future state journey map based on Design Thinking workshops, artefacts, and scribe notes.
3. Engages with the technical lead to ensure the technical feasibility of features defined in the scope statement.
4. Elaborates requirements, supports the implementation team, and performs functional QA on all planned releases.
5. Understands business needs and details the requirements.
6. Prepares and maintains Requirement documents.
7. Maintains and manages requirement traceability.
8. Facilitates the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
9. Discusses, reviews, and resolves queries with business stakeholders and development team.
10. Proactively identifies enhancements and new features.
11. Creates, analyzes, and validates detailed functional specifications.
12. Ensures the final solution meets the signed-off business requirement.
13. User Personas building, and develops Customer User Journeys.
14. KPI report, and prepares Business Documents.

Qualification & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar related field.
• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Minimum of 10-12 years overall experience.
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills.
• Bilingual – English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in Government in the Middle East.
• Experienced in E-Government and Shared Services.
• Build user cases, user journeys, and detail business requirements.
• Experience with multi-lingual applications.
• Good in Arabic translations.
• Has experience with portal, web applications.
• Experience with tools to manage requirement traceability.
• Able to analyze the impact of the change and articulate the same.
