Role Overview:

Lunate is seeking a Vice President to lead sales efforts related to our End of Service Benefit (EOSB) program. This role focuses on strategic client relationship management and program sales targeting institutional and corporate clients, with a strong emphasis on account management, sales strategy development, and client onboarding.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

EOSB Program Sales & Account Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote the EOSB program to institutional and corporate clients, aiming to increase the number of companies onboarded and Assets Under Management (AUM).
  • Lead client engagements and meetings to identify needs, offer tailored solutions, and effectively communicate program benefits.
  • Ensure client inquiries are managed efficiently, with follow-ups and solutions that align with individual client goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize the onboarding process, enhancing the client experience.
  • Oversee CRM documentation and data accuracy to drive sales insights and maximize client satisfaction.

Client Engagement & CRM Coordination:

  • Ensure the integrity and organization of CRM data to support strategic initiatives and drive actionable insights.
  • Utilize CRM data to generate strategic reports that inform decision-making and optimize account management.
  • Facilitate seamless program delivery through proactive issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Services, with a focus on institutional or corporate sales. Experience in Savings Plans, Workplace Solutions or related fields is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on client support.
  • Proactive approach to sales, with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
