Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to manage real estate contracts, transactions, and legal documentation related to the Sharjah Land Department and the Oqoodi system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), managing client relations, and liaising with government authorities for property registrations and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Administration & Drafting:

  • Prepare, review, and finalize Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), contracts, and other real estate-related agreements.
  • Ensure contracts comply with Sharjah Land Department regulations and UAE property laws.
  • Draft and amend contracts in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts, amendments, and renewals.
  • Handle Oqoodi system transactions, including contract registration and issuance of title deeds.
  • Liaise with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) and ensure all property transactions are legally registered.
  • Ensure compliance with Emiri Decree No. 5 of 2010 and other relevant real estate laws.
  • Stay updated with new regulations and policies affecting property transactions in Sharjah.
  • Follow up with town planning / Land Registration Department.

Client Relations & Coordination:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding contract-related inquiries.
  • Assist clients with the contract signing process and provide necessary legal clarifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, and sales) to facilitate smooth contract execution.
  • Address and resolve any disputes or contract-related issues with clients or authorities.

General Administration & Documentation:

  • Maintain and update all contract files, records, and databases.
  • Prepare periodic reports on contract status, renewals, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely processing of approvals, permits, and registrations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, real estate transactions, or legal compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Sharjah Land Department regulations and the Oqoodi system.
  • Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and government regulations.
  • Must be an Arabic National with very good command of the English language.
