Teaching Assistant (TA)

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team and support our teachers in providing an exceptional learning experience for our students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and assisting in creating a positive and productive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist teachers in delivering lessons and supporting student learning.
2. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
3. Help with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.
4. Support the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as marking, record-keeping, and organizing classroom materials.
6. Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons and activities.
7. Support students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (further education in teaching or child development is a plus).
2. Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping students succeed.
5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
