View Emirates Sports Club LLC is looking to recruit a Branch Operations Manager based in Abu Dhabi UAE. We are looking for someone who will be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the centre, in charge of new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow. This position will play a key role in the marketing and promotional activities throughout the club, including special events. The candidate must be a self-driven and motivated person. This role will require someone who is creative thinking and can develop opportunities to increase guest participation and serve the needs of both the children and parents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage stated areas ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
2. Direct and liaise with the staff operating courts, café, reception, etc.
3. Assist with marketing and budgeting.
4. Ensure all SOPs, Policies & Procedures, and Health Guidelines are followed accordingly.
5. Actively promote and encourage participation of guests in activities and events.
6. Report to the Director on a regular basis.
7. Motivate and encourage the staff to ensure their best performance.
8. Prepare monthly rosters ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times, establishing good relations and rapport.
9. Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
10. Be responsible for the resources within the outlet.

Qualifications:

1. Operations Manager/Venue Manager.
2. Leisure/Entertainment/Recreation/Theme Parks experience preferred.
3. Previous Leadership/Management skills within a Family Entertainment segment.
4. Experience with leading a team from different nationalities.
5. Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
6. A customer-focused, approachable, and outgoing personality.
7. Flexibility and multitasking skills.
8. Sales and Marketing experience.
9. Strong English skills; additional language, especially Arabic, is desirable.
10. Computer literate.
11. Strong organization and time management skills.
