Waitress - Bahrain

We are looking for a skilled Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Consistently exceed guest expectations.
2. Ensure guests are satisfied with their food orders, beverages, and service standards.
3. Upsell food and beverage items throughout the meal with an impeccable knowledge of the Brand Standards.
4. Monitor guests' needs and promptly handle requests.
5. Develop a positive, direct, and open relationship with all colleagues.
6. Comply with health & safety and hygiene policies and procedures.

Operations

1. Be aware of restaurant skills and standards, ensuring these are followed.
2. Consistently follow the correct standards and Sequence of Service.
3. Work as part of a team to help colleagues whenever possible.
4. Understand the food and beverage menus inside out.
5. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Be aware of allergy information on menu items.
7. Ensure all food orders with customers are correct.
8. Use the pad to take orders.
9. Process all orders through the POS System.
10. Work with bartenders to fill beverage orders.
11. Collaborate with pizzeria and kitchen staff to process and expedite food orders.
12. Participate in activities to engage our guests and create distinctive experiences.
13. Adhere to restaurant health and safety policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
14. Work hygienically and productively.
15. Log all maintenance matters in a timely manner and follow up as required.
16. Prepare the restaurant setup following the Brand's standards, ensuring readiness for service time.
17. Follow grooming standards and maintain an immaculate uniform.
18. Be on time for shifts and present for briefings.
