UI/UX Developer (Expert in PHP and WordPress)

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design and development
• Strong expertise in PHP and WordPress development
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
• Proven ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development and customization
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website optimization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging user interfaces for web applications and websites
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Customize and develop WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
