Shop Manager-Dubai

Our client, a leading manufacturing and food distribution company dedicated to creating delicious and high-quality confectionery products, is looking for a Shop Manager in a mall in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in management and the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance.
2. Oversee daily branch operations for efficiency and compliance.
3. Manage branch budgets and monitor financial performance.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Prepare and present regular performance reports.
7. Develop and execute strategic plans for branch growth.
8. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of management experience in pastry and sweets.
2. Bachelor's degree is desirable.
3. Must be proficient in English and Arabic.
4. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing financials.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
