The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) will be responsible for managing existing B2B customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process that delivers renewal value and retention rates. The ISR will provide an exceptional customer experience through consistent, impactful engagement with our customers; promptly addressing and resolving concerns to maintain client satisfaction while proactively providing data-led insights and advice to ensure our clients success in using our platform. Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to foster customer engagement, growth and revenue generation. To be successful as an inside sales representative you should be able to build instant rapport and strong customer relationships. A top inside sales representative should also be competitive and a good listener.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate and conduct regular business reviews with existing customers via phone and Zoom
Leveraging internal data tools to drive performance optimization
Coaching and training existing clients while onboarding new clients
Understanding existing customers' needs and identifying upsell and growth opportunities
Executing Renewals on time and with quality
Forecasting accurately, closing sales and achieving sales targets
Learning, presenting and demonstrating various products
Staying informed about competing products and services
Desired candidate profile
2-3 years of previous experience in a sales account management or renewal focused inside sales position within a SaaS, marketplace or subscription based business
Experience managing a base of existing B2B customers through the full renewal and growth cycle while while forecasting accurately and consistently achieving renewal and growth sales targets
Strong listening and sales skills including needs analysis, financial negotiation skills, objection handling, problem solving, etc.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written including excellent phone and meeting management skills.
Other Capabilities
Bachelor’s Degree in science, marketing, business or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
Fluent level of verbal and written English required with Arabic, Urdu or Russian a plus
