Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the hotel's target market and revenue goals, ensuring maximum occupancy and profitability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and tailor hotel offerings that exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Lead and mentor a sales team, providing ongoing training and support to enhance their skills and achieve collective targets.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the unique features and benefits of the hotel.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships while maximizing revenue streams.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for upper management.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand visibility and attract new business.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and shifts to proactively adapt sales strategies and stay competitive.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience within the hotel or hospitality industry, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Hospitality Sales Professional (CHSP) or similar credentials are highly desirable.
  • Experience with corporate account management, including understanding diverse client needs and customizing service solutions.
  • Only candidates having strong network within the UAE corporate travel industry and established relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel management systems to streamline sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
