Senior Corporate Account Manager - Employee Banking, WPB

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the generation of new business opportunities, implementing purely new business skills for effective results through relationship management in companies under the Approved Employer List.
- Develop the sector by ensuring HSBC is the primary bank of choice, offering retail solutions relevant to the sector.
- Drive, organize, and lead financial wellbeing seminars to employees within their sector, branding HSBC as a bank that supports corporate social responsibility.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers from Corporate and Global Banking to target companies where both solutions could be offered, enhancing customer experience.
- Drive sector-led strategies that improve management of our companies and drive better outcomes through wellbeing seminars and international coverage programs.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and negotiating WPB product solutions for the employees of our existing corporate clients.
- Improve penetration within the company, acting as the key interface between different departments within the bank and the companies, playing an important role in eliminating operational and credit risks.
- Be the spokesperson for the sector from a retail side, primarily responsible for driving product, marketing, and policies within that sector.
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Graduation degree is a must to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit.
- A full understanding of the Wealth & Personal Banking products and services, including global service standards, and the ability to communicate this effectively to customers.
- Proven experience selling to and working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Knowledge of developing a networking strategy and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Knowledge of competitor activity and propositions.
