Currently, we are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify and engage potential clients, building rapport and understanding their needs.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Over 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager and 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry within the UAE market.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Results-driven and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
