Content Creator

Job Role Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator on a 3-month contract, with opportunity for Extension or Permanent Role based on performance, to elevate our brands presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat. The ideal candidate will craft creative, engaging, and culturally relevant content tailored to UAE, working closely with the Social team, to align with our brands voice and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality, creative, and on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, including short-form videos, reels, animations, and lifestyle visuals.
• Collaborate with the Social team to conceptualize and execute content aligned with campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
• Research and analyze audience preferences, social media trends, and cultural nuances within UAE to tailor content effectively.
• Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely planning, creation, and publication of posts, while adapting to real-time events or trending topics.
• Monitor social media performance metrics, including reach, engagement, and follower growth, to assess content effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Localize content to reflect UAE-specific language, culture, and audience preferences for higher relatability and impact.
• Generate actionable insights from performance data to refine content strategies and improve engagement and visibility.
• Ensure all content complies with Ankers brand guidelines, social media platform policies, and advertising standards.
• Propose innovative ideas for campaigns, content themes, and storytelling approaches to enhance Ankers social media presence.
• Develop strategies for user-generated content and interactive initiatives like polls, quizzes, and contests to boost audience participation.
