We see Equiti as a new breed of broker, and we are on the lookout for talented individuals who can perform and excel in a dynamic and innovative working environment. Our Engineering Platform department would like to welcome a detail-oriented Senior Service Desk Analyst in our office in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Single Sign-On (SSO) Implementation:

  • Configure and manage Single Sign-On solutions to provide a seamless authentication experience for users across various applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with application owners and development teams to integrate SSO capabilities into existing and new applications.

DNS Management:

  • Manage domain name services, DNS configurations, and DNS security to ensure smooth and reliable network connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot DNS-related issues and implement necessary changes to optimize performance and resolve problems.

Security and Compliance:

  • Collaborate with the IT security team to implement security measures and protect our digital assets, data, and applications within Office 365, IAM, SSO, and DNS systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and address security concerns promptly.

Technical Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Provide high-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving Office 365, IAM, SSO, and DNS-related issues effectively.
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate teams or vendors and follow up until resolution.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create comprehensive documentation for Office 365, IAM, SSO, and DNS configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Conduct training sessions for IT staff and end-users to enhance their knowledge and understanding of these technologies.

Collaboration and Project Management:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and projects related to Office 365, IAM, SSO, and DNS management.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and integration of new tools and technologies to enhance our IT infrastructure.

Office 365 Management:

  • Administer and maintain our Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other related applications.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions within Office 365 to ensure proper access controls and security.

Identity Access Management:

  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions to manage user identities, authentication, and authorization across the organization’s systems and applications.
  • Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

  • Familiarity with SSO concepts, protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth), and implementation best practices.
  • Solid understanding of DNS management and DNS security best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Active Directory and related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management, access control, and IT security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Office 365, IAM, SSO, and DNS solutions in a global enterprise environment.
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience in IT field.
