Role Description

As a Digital Marketing Expert for our real estate company, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility. You will manage our social media accounts, develop targeted campaigns, and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate sales.
  • Utilize paid search, social media ads, email marketing, and other digital tools to drive leads.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action for lead conversion.
  • Track and analyze lead performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and showcases our properties and services.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
  • Run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to enhance reach and drive traffic.
  • SEO and Content Marketing:
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve the company&aposs website ranking on search engines.
  • Create engaging blog posts, articles, and newsletters to keep potential clients informed and interested.
  • Ensure content aligns with overall branding and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other tracking software to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of lead-generation tactics and make adjustments as needed.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up on and nurtured.
  • Assist with other marketing initiatives as required, such as email campaigns, events, or promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation (preferably in the real estate industry).
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms and creating successful ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing strategies.
  • Experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and target demographics is a plus.
