SECRETARY/ ACCOUNTANT
Job description
We are a group of companies looking for a SECRETARY/ACCOUNTANT for our office in Ajman, Dubai.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female with a pleasing personality, at least 2 years' experience as a secretary and accountant.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Can perform bank transactions like bank transfers, cash deposits, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be quick professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Can join immediately.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
