Job description

We are seeking a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and managing key accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving business development initiatives, and supporting strategic projects that are critical to our growth. You will play a vital part in managing ongoing client relationships and leading efforts to expand into new markets while contributing to high-impact cross-functional projects.

Your Mission

  1. Business Development & Key Account Management:
    1. Identify growth opportunities, establish partnerships, and implement strategies to achieve long-term success.
    2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
    3. Track and manage complex customer projects, ensuring timely delivery and excellent client satisfaction.
    4. Strategic Projects:
    5. Provide support to leadership by tracking progress across projects, addressing challenges, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
    6. Oversee the execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects that align with the company’s business objectives.
    7. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and R&D, to deliver exceptional results on client and company initiatives.
    8. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Proven experience in business development, key account management, and strategic project management, preferably in the flavour industry.
  2. Track record of successfully managing complex customer accounts and delivering growth.
  3. Skilled with Excel and PowerBI.
  4. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  5. Fluency in English is a must, Mandarin a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Metrics and goal-driven.
  2. Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  3. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Motivated, flexible, and pro-active, with a hands-on mentality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
  6. Well-versed in O365 applications, CRM and ERP systems is an asset.
