Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Officer to manage payroll processing, HRIS maintenance, and compliance with labor law regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring accurate employee data for payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Verify new joiners and leavers, ensuring proper documentation for payroll accuracy.
- Generate and review payroll reports, obtaining approvals before submission to Accounting Team.
- Conduct payroll reconciliation, including headcount validation, general ledger, and bank statements.
- Audit and process time, attendance, leave, and final settlements for departing employees.
- Maintain organized HR records, leave balances, and employee data accuracy.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Process final settlements for exiting employees, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
- Address employee inquiries related to attendance, payroll discrepancies, and HRIS issues.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HRIS management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll regulations, and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in HR/payroll systems and MS Office.
