Services Representative - Cooling

Responsibilities

• Commissioning, Startup and Preventive & Corrective Maintenances of Data Center Precision Cooling units.
• Technical reporting to customers and the company.
• Clarify and explain the technical problem and resolution to nontechnical customers; high communication skills required.
• Provide basic training to customers.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent field experience.
• HVAC/cooling/environmental control systems onsite experience is a must.
• Proficiency with hands-on mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills and machine components knowledge.
• Requires high attention to detail and root cause problem resolution.
• All work product documents must be publication/presentation worthy.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, required to overcome unforeseen challenges quickly and effectively.
• Work effectively as a team member and individually.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency; quick adoption to digital tools and upgrades.
