Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager with a minimum of three years of experience in the real estate sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  3. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
  4. Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs to evaluate employee productivity.
  5. Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with UAE laws.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in the UAE real estate sector is mandatory.
  3. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, real estate HR policies, and industry-specific challenges.
  4. Experience in handling recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Head hunting.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Certification in HR (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
  8. Experience in implementing HRMS software.
  9. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
