Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor at RSA-TALKE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair tasks, and troubleshooting activities and supervision of the maintenance team on a daily basis.

From preventive maintenance to compliance with safety standards, your expertise will drive operational efficiency and team success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee maintenance of equipment, including HVAC, fire alarm systems, electrical pumps, and more.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead, train, and mentor a diverse maintenance team.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for repairs.
• Track and report on KPIs related to maintenance efficiency.

What we are looking for :

• Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in maintenance, with additional 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Cross-functional expertise in electrical, mechanical, and civil maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC and firefighting systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and interpretation of technical drawings (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Certifications: Safety-related certifications are an advantage.
• UAE light vehicle driving license is mandatory.
