Familiar with all the procedures followed in UAE in the sector of civil contracting procurement (including submittals).
Must have a minimum proven UAE experience of 2 to 5 years in construction procurement and be familiar with UAE vendors in the field.

Civil Engineering diploma.
Salary negotiable according to qualifications.
