Job description

We are looking for a motivated and communicative individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in human resources and public relations. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic and a willingness to learn. The position offers training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing HR-related communications with government authorities, including MOHRE (Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation).
  • Support in processing employee visas, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Help manage Emirates ID applications and renewals for employees.
  • Stay updated on government regulations, particularly labor and immigration laws.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure compliance with government requirements.
  • Prepare and submit HR-related documentation to government authorities under the supervision of senior staff.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining employee records and government transactions.
  • Support in monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
