Job Title: Disaster Recovery Automation Engineer

Location: India offshore & UAE

Contract Duration: 10-12 months

Job Brief:

A disaster recovery expert with hands-on experience in BCM, DR planning, and IT infrastructure management, capable of executing DR drills, ensuring compliance, and optimizing recovery workflows in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Disaster Recovery Planning: Work with business units to analyze application interdependencies and develop Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.
2. Recovery Strategy: Define recovery priorities, timelines, and execution strategies to ensure business continuity.
3. Testing & Execution: Conduct DR drills, configure failover/failback workflows, and validate runbooks.
4. Monitoring & Compliance: Set up alerts, ensure RPO/RTO/SLA compliance, and provide reports to BCM teams and auditors.

Technical Expertise:

1. Strong knowledge of Disaster Recovery Management using Perpetuity Continuity Patrol.
2. Understanding of network infrastructure, storage replication, and database management.
3. Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Change Management processes.

Soft Skills:

1. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
2. Ability to work under pressure and manage a multi-cultural team.
3. High customer service orientation and a results-driven mindset.
