Job Summary
We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. As a Chemical Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new processes to optimize the production of existing products as well as developing new products. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and scientists in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have strong technical and problem-solving skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

1. Design processes for production of chemical compounds and products from conception through to implementation.
2. Analyze data to understand product performance characteristics.
3. Develop cost models for chemical process systems.
4. Monitor safety regulations during development and production process.
5. Prepare reports on process results for management review.
6. Establish quality control standards and procedures for chemical process systems.
7. Identify problems with current processes or techniques, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
2. No experience required, but a plus if experienced working with chemicals or industrial engineering related positions.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to analyze complex problems quickly and come up with effective solutions.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
