Job Overview:

The Finance Controller position involves overseeing daily financial activities, managing cost reconciliations, and providing insights on financial health through various reports and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations and Analysis:

• Conduct daily uploads of sales data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile cost certifications and manage the reconciliation of additional expenses, maintaining financial integrity.
• Analyze purchase variances and provide detailed commentary to support financial decisions.
• Generate Freight Out Reports, detailing cost per unit measure for each product, to optimize logistics and distribution costs.
• Approve CRM quotations for both local and export markets, ensuring alignment with financial strategies and goals.
• Evaluate product and project marginality to support profitability analysis and decision-making processes.

Cost Management and Reporting:

• Oversee landed cost simulations to accurately assess total costs associated with product delivery.
• Responsible for setting up production costing frameworks and allocating costs effectively to maintain financial health.
• Manage the addition of products in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial data.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in finance or a related field, with a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and cost management.
• Proficient in CRM systems and financial software, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data handling.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
