We are currently recruiting for a Medical Transcriptionist for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.

Job Description
The Medical Transcriptionist will be responsible for assisting customers with various typing and document processing services. This includes accurately typing, formatting, and proofreading documents, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and regulations. Exceptional attention to detail, strong typing skills, and excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this position. Credit Control, reconciliation, protect the business and ensure 100% adherence to the Process Manual.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the government requirements for all related business processes, new applicants, renewals, and related processes.
2. Provide professional and friendly service to customers visiting the typing centre.
3. Assist customers with typing and document processing services, including typing and formatting documents, photocopying, scanning, and printing.
4. Ensure accurate data entry and proofread documents for errors and avoid inconsistencies.
5. Adhere to established governmental guidelines and regulations regarding document processing and confidentiality.
6. Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
7. Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support when needed.
9. Stay updated on relevant typing regulations, requirements, and software tools.
10. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the typing station.
