About Square Yards:

Square Yards is a technology enabled transaction platform which owns and operates the real estate aggregation and transaction portal squareyards.com and Square Connect mobile app for property brokers. The company is the #1 pan-India distributor by revenues for primary residential real estate in India and has a virtual monopoly in key NRI markets. It aggregates 6000 realty projects from around 500 developers and builders and distributes around 27000 different configurations of homes. It also has a network of 15000 brokers in 31 cities in India and overseas. The company has a presence in 10 countries including India, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Australia, and Canada. Its customers are serviced by Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers (like private banking) with Property purchase Documentation, Home Loan/Mortgage Support, Taxation & Legal services, Portfolio management and restructuring etc. Square Yards clocked Rs 220 crore revenue in the 2018-19 fiscal year as against Rs 160 crore in the previous year.

INTERIOR COMPANY

Interior Company is a fully owned subsidiary of Square Yards that provides standardized and modular solutions for home furnishing. It has an integrated tech platform that provides high-quality 3D visualization of spaces with immersive VR experience. The platform further includes end-to-end designer workbench, auto bill of material generation, order and logistics management with vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as inbound inquiries, referrals, and networking events.
  2. Understanding Customer Needs: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the requirements, preferences, and budget constraints of potential clients.
  3. Solution Presentation: Collaborate with the design team to develop customized interior solutions that align with client specifications and company capabilities.
  4. Proposal Development: Prepare detailed proposals including cost estimates, project timelines, and scope of work ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  5. Client Engagement: Engage with clients through presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the value proposition of our interior solutions.
  6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential business growth areas.
  8. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by participating in client meetings, negotiations, and contract finalization processes.
  9. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts for management review.
  10. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding our products and services to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and convey design concepts.

Ability to build and nurture client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships.

Flexible and adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced creative environment.
