Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst - Corporate Cash and Payments, Customer Migration, Host to Host ERP integration

Duration: 6 Months & extendable

Job Purpose:

A business analyst job purpose is to analyze and document the market environment, processes, or systems of businesses. This includes creating detailed business analysis for Cash Management and Trade Products, budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, variance analysis, pricing, reporting, and defining business requirements for stakeholders.

Further, the candidate should play a crucial role in the migration of payment platforms, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining high standards of security and efficiency. This role will focus on mock migration testing, migration report validation, post-migration support, and effective stakeholder management.

Skillset:

1. 10+ years experience in the banking industry, of which 7-8 years in team, project, and program management experience specifically focused on testing management activities.
2. Experience with system migration projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage diverse teams drawing on different skills to enable strong team results.
5. Able to plan and replan with all stakeholders' concurrence to ensure test stages completeness within planned timelines.
6. Functional and technology knowledge of major banking applications.
7. Experience with Oracle banking products (GTB) is a plus.
8. Experience in managing Senior Stakeholders.
9. Strong organizational and presentation capability.
10. Take initiative in implementing strict project/program management guidelines and disciplines.
11. Skilled in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, or equivalent Confluence.
