Team Lead - Sales

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a
leading building materials company, seeking a
Team Lead - Sales Support to manage sales operations and ensure seamless coordination across the sales function.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead & oversee the Sales Support team for efficient sales operations.
2. Review & validate quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and costing sheets.
3. Assist sales teams in interpreting Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for project alignment.
4. Manage material submittals & technical documentation to support sales proposals.
5. Track & coordinate sales leads for timely follow-ups and execution.
6. Streamline processes to improve efficiency and workflow.
7. Facilitate communication between sales, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years in sales coordination or sales support, preferably in building materials or construction (luxury sanitary ware experience is a plus).
2. Strong knowledge of BOQs, quotations, costing, and technical reports.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and CRM/Sales software.
4. Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
